If the contact lenses do not perform to your expectation, no worries - just cancel your subscription online before the 1st box ships.  No tears at this breakup. We promise.

There are 3 plans available - the cost of each plan is $45 for 60 lenses with free shipping.  You select the frequency that suits you - monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months.

Daily Devotee - you wear contacts daily. We will send you 60 lenses for $45 each month.

Seasoned Veteran - you wear contacts a few times a week.  We will send you 60 lenses for $45 every 2 months. 

Weekend Warrior - you wear contacts periodically.  We will send you 60 lenses for $45 every 3 months.  

Absolutely! Once you sign up for a trial, you can set up your account where you can change the frequency of the shipments.  You are always in control - just log into your account and make the change that suits your lifestyle.

We hope you will have the opportunity to try out your Dandy contact lenses during the 2 week trial!  We accept returns of any unopened boxes within 30 days of shipment.

They will arrive in your mailbox from Canada Post. For some, this means a Community Mailbox or central parcel pick up area at an Apartment or Condo building.

Your Dandy contacts will arrive by Canada Post approximately 3 to 5 business days after the order ships.  You will receive an email to confirm your Dandy contacts are on their way!  It is sent via regular mail, so please check your mailbox.

The BC and DIA used for Dandy contact lenses are suitable for most people who wear contact lenses. Most current contact lense manufacturers also offer a single BC and DIA as well.

Each package is clearly labelled with an expiry date.

It is not advisable to swim with your contact lenses.  Water contains bacteria that has the potential to contaminate your lenses and cause an infection.

This will depend on each individual.  We always recommend removing daily contact lenses at the end of each day. Most individuals find all day wear to be suitable but if  your eyes are irritated or feel dry, you should remove them. As always, we recommend a regular eye exam with an eye professional to discuss your individual needs.  

If you are a first time user, we recommend that you see an eye professional for a proper fitting. This will eliminate problems that may occur for those who are trying contact lenses for the first time.  We always recommend having an updated prescription before ordering from us.
